Artificial Intelligence and Data Interoperability in the Remit of the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture
Applications and opportunities

The symposium offers the research community at the departmental research institutes BfR, BVL, DBFZ, FLI, JKI, MRI and Thünen-Institut space to discuss technical-methodical questions of the use of big data and the application of artificial intelligence (AI).
The AI and Data Accelerator (KIDA) provides cross-institutional support to research institutes within the remit of the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture (BMEL) in building AI and data expertise as well as the IT infrastructure required for AI applications.
The KIDA symposium acts as a venue for sharing information about our research linked to artificial intelligence and data-intensive high-performance computing. Different formats will be combined to jointly explore the wide range of topics between scientific content and advanced technological possibilities. Use cases from research can be presented and reports on research in progress, experiences, lessons learned and best practices can be shared.
