Infrastructure

The Infrastructure Team develops and runs the cross-institutional infrastructure of the Federal Institute for Risk Assessment, the Federal Office of Consumer Protection and Food Safety, the German Institute for Biomass Research, the Friedrich Loeffler Institute, the Julius Kühn Institute, the Max Rubner Institute, and the Thünen Institute. We design and commission the KIDA HPC cluster and setup secure VPN and VXLAN connections between providers and users. This creates the conditions to put complex AI projects into practice.
